In 1992, with the collaboration of her husband, Guglielmo D'Auria, general of the Carabinieri, Elodia transformed twelve hectares of the hill called "Boccafolle" into a flourishing olive plantation, with approximately 4800 plants of different varieties, thus starting the production of an extra virgin olive oil. excellent quality virgin olive oil.
